  • Oil for the pan
  • 10 10 10 carrots, cooked and mashed
  • 3 3 3 large eggs
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350*F. Grease with oil a 7 x 11-inch baking pan or an 8 1/2-inch ring mold.

Place the mashed carrots in a mixing bowl. Beat in the eggs, oil, and sugar. Stir in the potato starch, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan or mold. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.
