Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup maple syrup

  • 1

    tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

  • 2

    tablespoon teriyaki sauce

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 1

    teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 16

    ounce salmon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic and ginger. Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Sprinkle the filets with garlic powder and black pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake the salmon covered for about 10 minutes. Remove the foil, baste the salmon with the sauce, and then bake for an additional 10 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork. Serve immediately and be sure to include the sauce!
