Cabbage Filling for Pierogi - Polish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boiled cabbage
  • 1/2 lb. dry cottage cheese
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Drain cabbage and chop coarsely; use a blender. Combine with cottage cheese; lightly saute onion in butter and combine.
