- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 cup flake coconut
- 1/2 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 egg
- oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, coconut, garlic and egg, mixing only until blended. Form into 1/2 inch balls.
2. Heat 1 or 2 Tbsp oil in skillet and brown meatballs, about 1/3 at a time, shaking pan occasionally to retain round shapes. Add more oil if needed to brown remaining meatballs. Drain on paper towels
