Ingredients

  • 1

    lb ground beef

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2

    tsp ground coriander

  • 1/4

    cup flake coconut

  • 1/2

    small clove garlic, crushed

  • 1

    egg

  • oil

Directions

1. Combine meat, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, coconut, garlic and egg, mixing only until blended. Form into 1/2 inch balls. 2. Heat 1 or 2 Tbsp oil in skillet and brown meatballs, about 1/3 at a time, shaking pan occasionally to retain round shapes. Add more oil if needed to brown remaining meatballs. Drain on paper towels
