Deviled eggs classic

Ingredients

• 1Doz eggs
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 ts Dijon mustard
• dash hot sauce
• 1 tb minced shallot
• chives salt pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Eggs
Mix ingredients with cooked yokes
fill eggs
put chives on top
