Mystery Cheese Ball - Chris Abell

Mother used to make this for Christmas and New Year's Eve parties since she could make this ahead of time.

Ingredients

• 2 8oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1 jar Roks Bleu Cheese Spread - sold in juice size glass jars
• 1 jar Old English Cheese - sold in juice size glass jars
• 1 tsp Onion Juice (if desired)
• 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 cup chopped parsely (if desired)
• Chopped Pecans to foll ball in

Preparation

Step 1

Have cheese at room temperature. Use low speed to blend cream cheese. Add other cheeses and mix on low until smooth. Add seasonings. Place in bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shape into ball and roll in nuts and parsley.
