Cheese Topped Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Green Beans - cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry onion soup
  • 3 T. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beans, onion soup and water and cook on low heat 20-30 mins until tender. Drain and spoon into serving dish. Add butter, almonds and cheese. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
