This is for garlic lovers.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 6 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 1 TB EVOO
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 ea 19oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. (save the water as it can be used in vegan recipes.)

Preparation

Step 1

Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Add juice and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, scraping sides occasionally.

Yield: 4 cups

Serving size: 1 tablespoon (not in my house!)
