Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
- 6 apples; peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
350 oven. Prepare 10" bundt pan - with butter or oil or Pam and dust with flour.
Separate ingredients by combining cake mix and pudding mix in a bowl, stir. Add the eggs, sour cream and oil, stir until ingredients are combined.
In another bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Pour half the batter into the Bundt pan, spread a layer of sliced apples and then sprinkle with only half the cinnamon walnut mixture. Repeat once more.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes or so before removing from pan.
