Ingredients
- First Group:
- 6 Small Raw Oysters Out of Shell
- Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 3 Green Onions Diced
- S & P
- 2-3 Dashes Texas Pete
- Second Group:
- 1 Box Frozen Spinach Cooked Per Instruction
- 2 Slices Cooked Bacon-Crumbled
- 1/4 C Panko Plain Bread Crumbs
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Medium Bowl, Mix Sour Cream & First Group of Ingredients.
Let Spinach Cool, Place in Food Processor & Chop Fine.
Another Medium Bowl, Add Spinach & Second Group of Ingredients.
6 Oyster Shell Ramekins, Lightly Buttered, Add Sour Cream Mix, Place Oyster on Top.
Top with Spinach Mix & Cheese.
425F Oven, Place Ramekins on Baking Sheet, Bake 15-20 Minutes Until Bubbly & Cheese Melted.
Serve Hot
