Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf dry bread plus 2-3 slices
  • 1/2 C diced onion
  • 1 C diced celery
  • 1/4 C melted butter + 1/2 C melted butter
  • 13 oz can cream corn
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 C water or chicken broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 t poultry seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Shred bread. Mix all ingredients except the 1/2 C melted butter. Make into about 8 balls.
pour 1/2 C of melted butter onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 45 min to 1 hour.
