Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. light rum
- 1 tbsp. Irish whiskey
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Salad:
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 1 honey dew, peeled and cubed
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups grapes, halved
Preparation
Step 1
Place all sauce ingredients except raisins into a medium bowl. Mix well. Fold in raisins. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Place all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour rum raisin sauce over salad. Fold gently as to not break up the fruit.
