Baked Vidalia Onions

  • 4 large Vidalia onions
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Peel onions. Core & remove a section size of a 25 cent piece. DO NOT CUT THROUGH BOTTOM OF ONION. Fill cavity with 1 Tb. butter and 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

Place onions in glass pie pan. Cover with Saran Wrap, leaving 1 flap open to vent.

Microwave on high for 9-11 mins until fork tender. Let stand 2 mins. before serving/
