Ingredients
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t. oregano
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/4 lb cucumber, peeled & halved
- 1/2 C thinly sliced red onion
- 1 T chopped dill
- 1/4 C crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, oregano, salt & pepper. Add cucumber, onion, dill & feta. Season to taste with salt & pepper
