Ingredients
- 1 TBS of margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 TBS of flour
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the margarine and sugar and add the flour.
Add the lemon juice and egg yolks.
Add the milk.
Beat the egg whites stiffly and fold in.
Place in a buttered dish and stand in a dish of hot water about 1/4 of the way up the dish.
Bake at 180 C for 1 hour
