Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP dry white wine
  • 2 TBSP whipping cream
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1 TBSP cold sweet cream butter-cut into 4 pieces
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine wine, cream and mustard in pan-bring to boil. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until sauce is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pep.
