Ingredients
- 1 TBSP dry white wine
- 2 TBSP whipping cream
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1 TBSP cold sweet cream butter-cut into 4 pieces
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine wine, cream and mustard in pan-bring to boil. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until sauce is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pep.
