Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Indonesian kecap
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion and coriander in oil until onion is tender. Add water and bring to boil Stir in peanut butter and recap until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
Yields about 1 1/2 cups
