Conch Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Conchs
  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 2 medium sweet peppers
  • 1 Hot pepper (?) (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
  • 4 Medium Onions - minced
  • 4 Large Green Tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. Lime Juice (or juice fm 10+ limes)
  • 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 ribs celery (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pound conch and chop finely. Finely chop all ingredients and add to conch. Mix well and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
