Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 2 peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped
- 1 c aged romano cheese, grated
- 1 lb finely chopped bacon (thick cut)
- 1/2 c croutons
- 1/2 c olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- ground pepper
- 1 t fresh mint
- 1/4 t oregano
- garlic
- 1 coddled egg
Preparation
Step 1
Pour dressing over salad about 1/2 hour before serving. Add croutons and serve.
