Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
• 3 tsp EVOO
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 C warm Water

Preparation

Step 1

Poir Water into mixer, slowly put in yeast and sugar. After add 3 cups bread flour. Start slow, mix all together add more flour 1 cup at a time. add salt, add oil and more flour. mix till sticky. Spray bowl with olive oil work dough into a ball coat with the olive oil and rise for 1 hour.
