Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tablsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 teasp Ground Allspice
  • 1/4 teasp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teasp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teasp Pepper
  • 1/2 teasp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tblsp Olive Oil
  • 5 Tblsp Butter
  • 3 Tblsp Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tblsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Wide Egg Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium size bowl combine beef, panko, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt & egg. Mix until combined.
2. Roll into 12 meatballs. In a lg skillet heat oil & 1 Tblsp of butter. Add meatballs and cook turning to brown each side. Transfer to a plate & cover with foil.
3. Add 4 Tblsp butter & flour to the skillet and whisk until it turns brown. Slowly stir in beef broth & cream. Whisk. Add Worcestershire & Dijon and bring to a simmer until sauce starts to thicken.
4. Add meatballs back into sauce about 2 minutes.
5. Serve over egg noodles.
