- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 4-1/2 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoons paprika
- 1-1/2 tablespoons oil
- 4-1/2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (use fresh grated)
- 1-1/2 cans Beer
- 3 teaspoons Cajun Hot Seasoning (optional)
