Don & Bob's Hot Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/3 c chopped ground pepper
• 1/3 c chopped onion
• 1 T shortening (optional)
• 1 lb hamburger meat
• 1 quart warm water
• 15 oz tomato sauce or 3 cans tomato paste
• 1 t-1 T chili powder
• 1 T red pepper flakes
• 1 T paprika
• 1 T all spice
• 1 T worcestershire sauce
• 1 t garlic salt
• 1 t onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Saute vegetables. Brown meat. Combine all ingredients and simmer 2 hours on top of stove.
