Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, halved, stems and ragged outer leaves removed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher or coarse sea salt
- Optional Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 6 bacon slices cut into 1 inch pieces

Preparation
Step 1
If you have some Brussels sprouts that are very large, cut them into quarters. They should all be cut about the same size to ensure even cooking.
375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes
400 degrees 20 to 30 minutes
425 degrees 15 to 25 minutes
Preheat oven.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except Brussels sprouts. Add the sprouts and toss to combine.
Transfer the sprouts to the baking sheet and place each sprout flat side down.
After 3/4th of the time has elapsed, remove baking sheet from oven, flip the sprouts over so that the flat side is facing up and bake for 10 more minutes or until tender, browned and caramelized.
