Ingredients
- Mustard Cream Sauce:
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1-1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 4 tsp. Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 390°F. ??????? Works fine with my stove. Hope it works for yours.
Lay ham on a work surface. Top with cheese, and roll into a tight bundle.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, but do not cut all the way through.
Smear 1 tsp. mustard inside each breast. Stuff with ham bundle.
Fold over top of breast. Seal with 2-3 toothpicks.
Season each side of chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place chicken on baking tray. Drizzle with oil. Bake for 25 minutes.
In a bowl, mix mustard cream sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Microwave twice for 30 seconds on high, making sure to stir in between each, until warmed through. Top chicken with sauce.
