- unsalted butter
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- minced garlic
- crushed red pepper
- fresh parsley or basil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix garlic, olive oil and kosher salt. Put into microwave 35 seconds. Mix with butter and add fresh parsley or basil and pepper flakes. Mix. Roll up in plastic wrap.
