Ingredients
- For the salad:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and spin dried
- 6/7 slices bacon, cooked crisp and diced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 7-8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green or red pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced thin
- For the dressing:
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 small cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 raw eggs
- Season with a pinch of sugar, pepper, dry mustard, & tarragon
Preparation
Step 1
Boil eggs and cook bacon in the oven. While you are doing this, wash and spin dry lettuce. Slice veggies and toss with lettuce as well as parsley. Top with prepared eggs and bacon. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Mix all ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Chill dressing until for awhile. Then toss, serve & enjoy!
*Note: optional; add a squeeze of lemon and croutons.
