Ingredients
- 2 c. squash
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. medium sharp cheese
- 4 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 Cream of mushroom soup
- Salt, pepper
- 11/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
350 for 1 hr.
Cook squash until slightly tender. Pour into well greased casserole and add cracker crumbs, cheese, soup, egg.
Use 1 1/2 qt casserole
