Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread, cubed
  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9 x 13 pan, place half of the bread cubes, then cream cheese, then remaining bread cubes.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with milk and syrup. Pour over bread and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
