Easy Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 dashes ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk together until pancake batter is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium heat until hot.
Use a 1/4 cup to measure out the pancake batter and pour into the hot skillet
Cook the pancake on medium heat and wait until the top of the pancake shows bubbles and looks wrinkled.
Work a small spatula under the edges of the pancake and gently flip over.
Cook the opposite side for 1-2 minutes, remove from the skillet, and immediately top with butter.
Servings 10 pancakes
