Carolina Barbecue Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup paprika
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
• 2 tbsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Store in a jar for up to 6-8 months.
