Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Sprinkle with garlic salt Pepper and salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Mix together and shape into meatballs. Place in 13x 9 inch baking dish, not touching.
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and heat on stove until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs, cover dish with lid or tin foil. Cook at 350° for 1 hour, turning meatballs over after 1/2 hour.
