Ingredients
- 3/4 c softened butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 c flour
- 1 c choc chips
- 200 grams chopped dark chocolate
- 3/4 c hot whipping cream
- 2 1/4 c cold whipping cream
- 2 t confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 450 grams chopped dark chocolate
- 2 c hot heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
mix together butter, brown sugar and sugar with hand mixer. mix in milk and vanilla. add flour and continue to mix. fold in chocolate chips. press down into a greased springform pan and chill for 30 minutes. pour cream over chopped dark chocolate, stir till melted. add confectioners sugar and vanilla into the cold cream. use hand mixer to whip till stiff peaks form. fold in ganache mixture. pour over chilled cookie base. chill 4 hours. pour hot cream over dark chocolate and pour this mixture over the cake. chill 30 minutes
