Ingredients
- 1 # small red beans
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Chili powder to taste
- 2 shakes oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Soak beans overnight or bring to a boil and soak at least an hour.
Brown remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour. Add to cooked beans. Flavor improves if left overnight.
