Chicken 'N Peppers Pasta Skillet 0 Picture


  • 2 cups multi grain penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into its size pieces
  • 1 large green pepper cut into short thin strips
  • 1 large red pepper cut into short thin strips
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese



Step 1

Cook pasta as directed on package omitting salt
meanwhile heat large non stick skillet sprayed with no stick on medium heat
add chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes
add vegetables; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until. chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender
stirring occasionally
Drain pasta. add to chicken mixture along with the sauce; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally
Top with mozzarella; cover
remove from heat
let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
top with Parmesan
