Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

  • Onions
  • Zuchinni
  • Carrots
  • Green & Red Peppers
  • Asparagas
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place tinfoil on bottom of cookie sheet and pam-spray.
2. Add whatever variety of vegetables, sliced up.
3. Drizzle Olive Oil, and add salt and pepper.
4. BROIL on Low for 10-15 minutes
