Ingredients
- Two chicken breasts
- Bag of packaged coleslaw
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Grated ginger to taste
- Half a cup of low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- Garlic
- Chopped red onion
