Ingredients
- 3 pound ground beef
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Tomato Juice
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can Red Kidney beans, washed and drained
- 1 can Garbanzo, washed and drained
- Jalapeno peppers, seed removed, veins removed, diced
- 2 cans Ro-Tel Tomatoes
- Chili powder
- Cayenne Pepper
- Cumin
- Honey
- Dry yellow mustard
- Oregano
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a big frying, brown ground beef with garlic and onions. When the ground beef is cooked, transfer to slow cooker and add all ingredients.
NOTE: Chili is better when cook a day ahead and heat up before serving.
