CHILI - BEST RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 3 pound ground beef
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Tomato Juice
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can Red Kidney beans, washed and drained
  • 1 can Garbanzo, washed and drained
  • Jalapeno peppers, seed removed, veins removed, diced
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel Tomatoes
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Honey
  • Dry yellow mustard
  • Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a big frying, brown ground beef with garlic and onions. When the ground beef is cooked, transfer to slow cooker and add all ingredients.

NOTE: Chili is better when cook a day ahead and heat up before serving.
