Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Yakisoba Noodles (in veg. section of store - freezes well)
- 1 Carrot, sliced thin
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced thin
- 1 Onion, sliced thin
- 1 Head of Broccoli, bite sized pieces (parboiled in microwave-2 min.)
- 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. Snow Peas or Snap Peas (parboiled in microwave-1 min.)
- 1 lb. Baby Bok Choy, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lb. Chicken, Pork, or Ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 T. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Jar Yakisoba Sauce (or seasoning from noodle pkg.)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a wok or lg. frying pan on high heat, then add the oil.
2. Add the meat and stir-fry until browned.
3. Add the onions & carrots until tender.
4. Add peppers, garlic, broccoli and noodles.
5. Add the yakisoba sauce.
6. Add peas and toss until the noddles are tender and flavored.
7. Add the baby bok choy and toss and stir til slightly wilted.
