Ingredients
- 4 tart apples, cored
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 8 T brown sugar
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 12 red hot candies
- 4 T butter
- 8 caramels
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Remove 1/2 inch of peel from each apple. Place apples in crockpot. Pour juice over apples. Fill center of each apple with 2 T brown sugar, 3 cinnamon candies, i T butter and 2 caramels. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
