Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 Shallot Sliced
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 4 Shitake Mushrooms Sliced
  • 3 Eggs Beaten

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sized nonstick sauté pan place the olive oil, shallot, mushrooms and garlic. Sauté on medium heat until the onions start to turn color. Then add the eggs and place into a 375-degree oven until the egg has puffed up and is set. 8-10 min. Slide the frittata onto a plate and garnish if desired.
