Lipton Onion Potatoes
- 1 T onion soup mix
- 1 T butter
- 3 thinly sliced potatoes (skin on)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 slices chopped, cooked bacon
Preheat oven to 375.
Thinly slice potatoes and place on foil-lined 9 x 13 pan. I rub each slice over a bit of butter so they don’t stick together.
With you hands, sprinkle the onion soup mix over the potatoes.
Dab with tiny amounts of butter.
Cover with foil.
Cook 45 minutes approx.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon pieces. Put back in oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
