Pizza White Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chopped basil
• 1/4 cup chopped fennel fronds
• 1/4 cup chopped chives
• 1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 finely grated garlic clove
• pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Process in food processor until thick and creamy, 15-20 seconds; season with salt and black pepper.
