Bacon Chips and Guacamole

Preparation

Step 1

Cut uncooked bacon strips into 2" squares and bake according to package instructions until bacon reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°. To kick it up a notch, sprinkle red pepper flakes, cayenne or chili powder on bacon squares before baking.

Serve with fresh guacamole and refrigerate any leftovers.
