Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew meat, cut up
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms and juice
  • Salt and pepper and garlic powder
  • 8 oz. noodles, boiled
  • Cornstarch mixed with water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except noodles and cornstarch/water in Crockpot. Cook as Crockpot directs. Add noodles last hour. Stir well. Add cornstarch and water last 1/2 hour to thicken.
