Ingredients
- 1 2lb pok tenderloin
- 1 12oz can or bottle root beer
- 1 18oz bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 8 hamburger buns split and lightly toasted
Preparation
Step 1
place the tenderloin in a slow cooker
pour the root beer over the mea
cove and cook on low until ell cooked and shreds easily
about 6 to 7 hours
drain well.
stir in barbecue sauce
serve over hamburger buns
