French Ham Croissants

- 16 piece of cheese
- 16 pieces of ham
- 3 c milk
- 1/4 c flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp salt

Step 1
Get a sauce pan. Melt the butter. Add the flour to form the rue. Add the milk and salt. Bring mixture to a medium temp. and add cheese. Sir constantly until cheese is melted. In the meantime cut croissants in half. Put a tsp of ranch on the bottom pieces of the croissants and add your 2 pieces of cheese and ham. Assemble sandwiches. Put the sandwiches in a baking dish.
