Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1/2 t. cream of tartar
- 12 t. Truvia
- 1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Put egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer. Add sugar a little at a time, whipping well in between. Add vanilla and continue whipping until whites are very stiff. This may take several minutes.
Place heaping spoonfuls of the mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake for 75 minutes. Turn oven off and let cookies sit in oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven and store in an airtight container.
