Ingredients
- 4 defrosted chicken breasts
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 2 boxes of stuffing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small package of frozen green beans
Preparation
Step 1
Place the chicken breasts in a sprayed crock pot. Add two boxes of stuffing mix.
In a medium bowl, mix together the soup and sour cream. Pour the mixture over the stuffing and chicken.
Add a layer of the frozen green beans then pour in a cup of water.
Cook the chicken for 4 hours on high or 7 to 8 hours on low.
