Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
